At Eternal Beauty, we strive to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction. Please review our Refunds & Returns Policy before making a purchase or booking a treatment.
Treatments
All treatments are non-refundable. If you experience an adverse reaction or are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will do our best to address your concerns. Any adjustments or follow-up treatments will be at the discretion of management.
Refunds & Exchanges
Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any retail products once they have been purchased and removed from the premises. If a product is faulty or defective, please return it unused and in its original packaging within 7 days, along with proof of purchase, and we will offer an exchange or store credit.
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift vouchers. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed. Gift vouchers that have been lost or stolen cannot be tracked or replaced.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a charge or forfeiture of a deposit.
